落叶松小径木异型材刨削胶拼技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究突破了传统集成材刨削胶拼工艺环节,在小径木单元材刨削后连续进行涂胶拼板操作,这种连续胶拼的方式提高了生产效率。利用自行研发的异型材刨光机和自行研制的拼板设备进行试验,结果表明,刨削的三角形异型单元材长度不宜超过1.5 m;从刨削的异型材效果看,刨削的两个拼接面夹角都能达到60°,这样就能满足拼板的工艺要求。在胶接方面,考虑到小径木三角形这一特殊形状异型材会受到加压变形的影响,涂胶面和水平面之间的角度为60°,在固定异型材后所施加的压力为(0.8~1.2 MPa)/cos30°。 This research breaks through the traditional integrated timber planing glue spell process,continuous operation after the path planing wood cell material for glue makeup of the link, this way of continuous glue spell increases the production efficiency. Test using this unit to develop profiles developed by shaving machine and makeup equipment to test and test results show that the triangular shaped planing unit material shoulds not be more than 1.5 minlength, from the perspective of the extruding effect of planing,shaping the profiles of the two splicing surface can reach 60° Angle, so it can meet the requirements of makeup. Wooden triangles in cementing considering the path of the special shape of different profile will be affected by the compression deformation, coating surface and the Angle between the horizontal plane is 60 °,pressure after fixed profiles(0.8~1.2 MPa)/cos30 °.
