腰椎间盘突出症患者外周血白细胞介素-1β、前列腺素E2及基质金属蛋白酶-3水平变化

Changes in the levels of peripheral blood interleukin-1β,prostaglandin E2 and matrix metalloproteinases-3 in patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)患者外周血白细胞介素-1β(IL^(-1)β)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平的变化。方法选取2013年6月至2015年12月宜都市第一人民医院收治的LIDP患者35例(LIDP组),同时选取健康人群31例作为对照组;采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清IL^(-1)β、PGE2及MMP-3水平;比较2组受试者血清IL^(-1)β、PGE2及MMP-3水平,并对不同临床分型及不同疼痛分级的LIDP患者的血清IL^(-1)β、PGE2及MMP-3水平进行比较。结果 LIDP组患者血清IL^(-1)β、PGE2、MMP-3水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),脱垂游离型LIDP患者血清IL^(-1)β、PGE2、MMP-3水平显著高于突出型患者(P<0.05),重度疼痛LIDP患者血清IL^(-1)β、PGE2、MMP-3水平显著高于轻、中度疼痛患者(P<0.05)。结论 LIDP患者血清IL^(-1)β、PGE2和MMP-3水平显著升高,且与病情严重程度及患者疼痛程度有相关性。

Objective To investigate the changes in the levels of peripheral blood interleukid^-1β（ IL^-1β）,prostaglandin E2（ PGE2） and matrix metalloproteinases-3（ MMP-3） in patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion（ LIDP）. Methods Thirty-five patients with LIDP were selected in the First People＇ s Hospital of Yidu City from June 2013 to December2015 as LIDP group. Thirty-one healthy people were selected as control group at the same time. The levels of serum IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of serum IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 were compared between the two groups; and the levels of serum IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 were compared between LIDP patients with different clinical typing and different classification of pain. Results The levels of serum IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 in LIDP group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum levels of IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 in the patients with prolapsus and sequestered LIDP were significantly higher than those in the patients with protrusive type of LIDP（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 in patients with severe pain were significantly higher than those in patients with mild or moderate pain（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of serum IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 increased significantly in LIDP patients,and the levels of serum IL^-1βPGE2 and MMP-3 are correlated to the severity of the disease and the degree of pain.
