小牛血去蛋白提取物(DECB)是指从幼牛静脉血中提取分离纯化后的小分子混合物生物制品,已经被证实在多种疾病的治疗中均有很好的疗效。DECB眼用制剂在临床应用历史已有40多年的历史近年来,DECB的临床应用范围不断扩大且存在多种剂型和给药方式在眼科同样存在这种现象因此论文采用对国内外相关文献综述的方法,对DECB眼用制剂在眼科临床应用的历史和最新进展以及DECB的作用机制进行概述,以便医务工人员理论联系实际,在积极为患者开拓更有效的治疗手段的同时,密切关注药品质量,为患者的用药安全把好每一道关,为其临床合理用药及联合应用提供参考和依据。

Deproteinized extract of calf blood（DECB） has been proven to be an effective biological product in the treatment of many diseases.DECB eye preparation in clinical application has a over 40 years history,in recent years,the clinical application of DECB continues to expand,and there are a variety of forms and administration ways,this phenomenon also exists in the ophthamic.In this review,we would like to summarize the history of DECB ophthalmic preparation and recent findings in clinical application and the mechanism.In order to develop a more effective treatment,and the same to pay close attention to drug quality for the patients safety.And to provide solid evidence to promote the clinical rational drug use.
