刺血拔罐加针灸治疗慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Pricking and Cupping plus Acupuncture Treating Chronic Traumatic Synovitis of the Knee Joint

目的 :观察刺血拔罐加针灸治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎40例的临床疗效。方法 :选取创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者80例,分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用刺血拔罐加针灸治疗,每日1次,10次为1个疗程;对照组采用特定电磁波治疗器(TDP)照射加外涂扶他林治疗,每天3次,10次为1个疗程。两组均治疗2个疗程。结果:观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为67.5%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组经彩色多普勒超声检查对比,观察组的膝关节髌上囊、髌前囊及髌韧带两侧滑膜声像图异常改善明显优于对照组。结论:刺血拔罐加针灸治疗慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的治疗效果明显优于单纯TDP照射加外涂扶他林治疗。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking and cupping plus acupuncture treating traumatic synovitis of knee joint in 40 cases. Methods：There were 80 patients with traumatic synovitis of the knee joint divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with pricking and cupping plus acupuncture,once a day,10 times as a course,while the control group was treated with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus radiation plus external application of diclofenac,3 time a day,10 days as course. The treatment in both groups lasted for two courses. Results：In the observation group total effective rate was 95.0%,and in the control group the total effective rate was 67.5%. The difference were statistical significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Color Doppler ultrasound imaging showed that in the observation group,knee joint patellar capsule,patellar anterior capsule and patellar ligament on both sides were improved more significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion：Pricking and cupping plus acupuncture has better curative effect than simple special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus radiation plus external application of diclofenac in the treatment of chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint.
