H型高血压与中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值的相关性分析

Correlation between H-type hypertension and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio

目的探讨H型高血压与中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,NLR)之间的关系。方法收集2013年1月至2015年12月在我院心内科住院的H型高血压病人134例为观察组,另选同期住院非H型高血压病人112例作为对照组。测量所有病人同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、血脂、血糖水平及外周血常规并计算NLR。分析NLR与H型高血压的关系。结果 2组间NLR比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.160,P<0.001),Pearson相关性分析显示,H型高血压组Hcy与尿酸、中性粒细胞、NLR、hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.643、0.132、0.212、0.791,P均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:NLR、hs-CRP是H型高血压的危险因素(OR=141.419,877.261;P=0.001或<0.001)。结论 NLR与H型高血压相关,是H型高血压的独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the correlation of neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio（NLR）with H-type hypertension.Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,134 patients with Htype hypertension hospitalized in Department of Cardiology of our hospital were enrolled as observation group,and 112 patients with non H-type hypertension were selected as the control group at the same period.The levels of Hcy,blood lipid,blood glucose and peripheral blood routine were measured,and NLR was calculated.Results The level of NLR in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（t=3.160,P〈0.001）.Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy was positively correlated with uric acid（UA）,neutrophils,NLR and hs-CRP in H-type hypertension group（r=0.643,0.132,0.212,0.791,all P〈0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that NLR,hsCRP were independent risk factors of H-type hypertension（OR=141.419,877.261;P=0.001,or 0.001）.Conclusions NLR is correlated with H-type hypertension,and it is an independent risk factor of H-type hypertension.
