EverStick可塑纤维桩用于扁形根管桩核冠修复的临床研究 被引量:11

Clinical effect on the EverStick post used to post-core crown restoration of the oval root canal

摘要 目的:观察Ever Stick可塑纤维用于扁形根管桩核冠修复的临床疗效,并探讨针对此类根管的有效治疗方法。方法:对80例患者共101颗已行根管治疗的单根管前磨牙进行桩核冠修复,其中预成纤维桩(对照组)52颗牙,可塑纤维桩(实验组)49颗牙。观察并记录2组术后6、12、24个月的临床修复效果。结果:预成纤维桩组在治疗后6、12、24个月的修复成功率分别为98.08%、88%、73.33%,其中治疗后6个月与24个月的成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其余随访时间段的成功率对比差异均无统计学意义;可塑纤维桩组在治疗后6、12、24个月的修复成功率分别为100%、95.8%、90.91%,各随访时间段的成功率对比差异均无统计学意义。此外,在治疗后24个月,可塑纤维桩组的修复成功率要显著高于预成纤维桩组(P<0.05)。结论:可塑纤维桩用于扁形根管桩核冠修复随访2年期内修复效果显著。 Objective: To investigate the effective way to restore the flat root canal by comparing the clinical success rates of the plastic fiber post and the prefibroblasts pile fiber post. Methods: One hundred and one premolars with the single root canal,which have been completely treated with RCT,were treated with post-core crown restoration. The prefibroblasts pile fiber post was used in 52 cases( Group A),and the Ever Stick plastic fiber post was applied in the remaining 49 cases( Group B). The clinical effects of two groups were compared with 6,12,24 months follow-up. Results: The success rates of the Group A were 98. 08% after 6 months treatment,88% after 12 months,and 73. 33% after 24 months,respectively. There was statistical difference between the success rates after 6 months treatment and after 2 years( P〈0. 001). Furthermore,the success rate after 12 months treatment showed no significant differences with other monitoring time intervals. The success rates of Group B were 100% after 6 months treatment,95. 8% after 12 months,90. 91% after 24 months,respectively. The success rates showed no significant differences in the three monitoring time intervals. However,the success rate of Group B was significantly higher than Group A after 24 months treatment( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Ever Stick plastic fiber post showed bettereffect in 24 months.
