曲安奈德联合康复新液治疗糜烂性唇炎的临床疗效观察

Evaluation of the clinical treatment effect on erosive cheilitis by triamcinolone acetonide combined with rehabilitation new liquid treatment

目的:观察曲安奈德联合康复新液治疗口腔慢性糜烂性唇炎的临床效果。方法:将2012年3月~2015年3月来我院进行治疗的慢性糜烂性唇炎患者86例随机分成2组,每组各43例,对照组患者单纯局部注射曲安奈德治疗,观察组患者在局部注射曲安奈德基础上将康复新液5 m L用纱布块浸润后局部湿敷患处15~20 min,每日3次。结果:观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度显著减轻,糜烂面积改善优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德联合康复新液治疗慢性糜烂性唇炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe triamcinolone acetonide combined with rehabilitation new for treatment of oral cavity chronic erosive cheilitis. Methods： There were 86 patients with chronic erosive cheilitis in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 that were randomly divided into 2 groups. There were 43 cases in each group that the control group patients with pure local injections of triamcinolone acetonide treatment and the observation group based on injecting triamcinolone acetonide with rehabilitation new liquid 5 m L lint with gauze piece of infiltration after local wet dressing 15-20 minutes,3 times a day for treatment. Results： The curative effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,The degree of pain significantly reduced,erosion area of change was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the total effective rate was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with rehabilitation new treatment on chronic erosive cheilitis could been remarkable,deserved furthter clinical application.
