摘要 目的:通过计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)椅旁系统(CEREC)中的牙体预备评估软件(Prep Check 2.0),评估放大镜下完成牙体预备后的预备体表面和完成线的效果。方法:随机选择口腔医学专业40名大学三年级上学期学生,进行口腔放大镜使用的培训,培训前后每位学生各预备2颗预备体。利用Prep Check软件对比分析放大镜使用前后预备体表面的圆缓性及边缘完成线的连续性。结果:使用放大镜的预备体表面锐边个数减少且肩台边缘线不连续性有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:辅以口腔放大镜完成牙体预备,能有效提高牙体预备操作的精确性。 Objective: To assess the effect of the prepared surface and the finish line of the preparations under assisting the dental magnifying glass by the assessment software( Prep Check 2. 0) of CERECchair-side computer aided design( CAD) system. Methods: Forty junior dental students participatedin training about the using of the magnifying glass were selected randomly. Each student had an obligation to prepare 2 tooth before and after training,respectively. The smoothness of prepared surface and the continuity of the finish line were recorded by using Prep Check 2. 0 software. The statistical data was analyzed in order to compared the discrepancy. Results: The application of dental magnifier in tooth preparation could effectively improve the continuity of finish lines and decrease the sharp edges on the prepared surfaces( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The dental magnifier can effectively improve the accuracy of tooth preparation in dental operation procedures.
