煤矿工人慢性疼痛患者抑郁状况及其影响因素

Depression and its influencing factors among coal mine workers with chronic pain

目的探讨煤矿工人慢性疼痛患者抑郁状况及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、抑郁自评量表、简明疼痛程度量表、慢性疼痛自我效能感量表对407例慢性疼痛煤矿工人进行调查。结果煤矿工人慢性疼痛患者抑郁得分为(46.59±10.51)分,明显高于全国常模(P<0.01)。抑郁发生率为28.3%。疼痛自我效能感、疼痛部位数目、工种、以前或现在正在经历的疼痛程度、营养状况是煤矿工人慢性疼痛患者抑郁的预测因素(P<0.05),可解释36.8%的变异量。结论管理者应针对影响抑郁的因素进行干预,及时进行心理疏导,促进煤矿工人身心健康。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of depression among coal mine workers with chronic pain.Methods A total of 407 coal mine workers with chronic pain were investigated with the general information questionnaire,self-rating depression scale,brief pain scale,chronic pain self-efficacy scale.Results The score of depression of the coal mine workers with chronic pain was（46.59±10.51）,significantly higher than the national norm（P〈0.01）.The incidence of depression was 28.3%.The main influencing factors of the depression of the coal mine workers with chronic pain were chronic pain selfefficacy,number of the pain＇sites,work post,pain level experienced currently or before,and nutritional status（P〈0.05）,which explained 36.8% of the variation of depression.Conclusions It is suggested that some intervention measures should be made to promote coal mine worker＇s psychological health according to the influencing factors of depression.
