锦州市护理人员特质情绪智力与职业倦怠的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of nurses trait emotional intelligence and burnout in Jinzhou City

目的探讨护理人员特质情绪智力与其职业倦怠之间的关系,为缓解当前护理人员职业倦怠提供理论依据。方法于2014年3-9月,应用整群随机抽样方法,使用特质情绪智力量表、职业倦怠量表,对辽宁省锦州市4所医院对800名护理人员进行问卷调查,分析护理人员特质情绪智力与其职业倦怠之间的关系。结果护理人员特质情绪智力同其职业倦怠之间呈负向相关关系,其中特质性乐观与职业倦怠总分之间相关系数r为-0.422,特质性幸福与职业倦怠总分之间r=-0.474,人际关系与职业倦怠总分之间r=-0.470,自尊与职业倦怠总分之间r=-0.371,并以护理人员特质情绪智力的4个维度与15个剖面为自变量,以护理人员职业倦怠的3个维度为因变量,进行多元回归分析。护理人员特质情绪智力可以预测护理人员的职业倦怠水平。结论护理人员具有良好的特质情绪智力可以很好地避免职业倦怠的发生。

Objective To explore the relationship between nursing staff characteristics of emotional intelligence and job burnout,in order to provide a evidence base to ease the current nursing burnout.MethodsFrom March to September of 2014,800 nurses from four hospitals based on cluster random sampling method in Jinzhou City of Liaoning Province were investigated through using a trait emotional intelligence scale and Burnout Inventory.Results A negative correlation was found between the trait emotional intelligence and the burnout among the nurses,where the correlation coefficient between trait optimism and burnout scores for r=-0.422,between trait happiness and job burnout score correlation coefficient r = 0.474,the interpersonal relationship between job burnout score and the correlation coefficient r=0.470,between self-esteem and job burnout score correlation coefficient r= 0.371.Multiple regression analysis was conducted with the nursing staff characteristics of the four dimensions of emotional intelligence and 15 profile as independent variables,and with the three dimensions of job burnout among nursing staff as the dependent variable.It was found that nurses trait emotional intelligence could predict the level of caregiver burnout.Conclusions Nurses having good emotional intelligence can be a good trait to avoid the occurrence of burnout.
