锥角对锥头弹侵彻2A12铝板影响效果的数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究锥角对弹体侵彻能力的影响效果,利用ABAQUS软件建立6种硬38CrSi钢锥形头弹撞击2A12铝合金薄靶的仿真模型,获得各个锥角下锥头弹的弹道极限和速度变化曲线,并对弹头锥角与靶体能量分布和失效模式的相互关系进行分析。仿真结果表明:弹头锥角会影响弹体的侵彻性能,随着锥角的增加,弹体的弹道极限先减小后增加,而摩擦所消耗的弹体动能则不断减少。对撞击后的靶体损伤情况进行分析发现,当锥角较小时,靶体失效模式主要表现为花瓣开裂,锥角较大时靶体则表现为花瓣开裂和冲塞的混合失效。 In order to study the influence of cone angle on the penetration performance of projectile,the simulation model of thin2A12 aluminum target impacted by six conical-nosed projectiles of hardened 38 Cr Si steel with different cone angle was established with the help of ABAQUS. The ballistic limit and velocity variation of projectile were obtained,also the relationship between cone angle and energy distribution as well as damage mode of target was studied. The numerical results illustrate that the cone angle of projectile has a significant influence on the penetration ability of projectile. And with the increase of cone angle,the ballistic limit of projectile tends to decrease and then increase,at the same time,the scale of energy dissipated by friction keeps decreasing. Analysis about the damage condition of target reveals that the failure mode of target is pure petaling when the corresponding cone angle of projectile is low,then it transforms to be a mixture of petaling and plugging with the increase of cone angle.
