Li_2CO_3对低温烧结PZT压电陶瓷性能的影响

摘要 采用传统固相法在1 050℃烧结温度下制备Pb0.995Cd0.005(Zr0.965Ti0.035)O3(PZT)压电陶瓷材料,研究Li_2CO_3的加入对PZT陶瓷材料的烧结和压电、介电性能的影响。结果表明,加入质量分数为0.10%的Li2CO3时Pb0.995Cd0.005(Zr0.965Ti0.035)O3压电陶瓷综合性能最佳:烧结密度为7.46 g/cm3,d33为70 p C/N,εT为273,tanδ=0.020。该材料可作为制备叠层压电陶瓷元器件的候选材料。 Pb(0.995)Cd(0.005)(Zr(0.965)Ti(0.035))O3(PZT)piezoelectric ceramic was prepared by conventional solid state reaction method at the sintering temperature of 1 050 ℃. The effect of different amount of Li2CO3-doping on the sintering properties and piezoelectric and dielectric properties of PZT was investigated. The results indicate that when the doping of Li2CO3 is 0.10%(mass fraction),the optimized comprehensive properties of Pb(0.995)Cd(0.005)(Zr(0.965)Ti(0.035))O3(PZT) ceramics are achieved,which are listed as follows:the sintering density ρ 7.46 g/cm3,piezoelectric constant d3370 p C/N and dielectric constant εT273,dielectric loss tanδ 0.020.This PZT with optimized properties can be used as a good candidate of the multilayer piezoelectric devices.
