摘要 以黄豆为主要原料,辅以肠胃保健料如枫叶汁、山药、陈皮等生产保健豆豉,该产品颗粒完整、乌黑油亮、松软化渣、醇香回甜、鲜美可口,有特殊的枫叶清香,具有抗菌消炎、肠胃保健、理气的作用,为黄豆高附加值产品转化打开一条途径。 Satlty soybeans fermented with mapl e -leaf juice is a health product manufactured with soybeans as the main elements,complemented by health ca re ingredients such as maple -leaf ju ice,rhizoma diascoreae and dried orange peel.The product has fine pellets either spec ial delicate smell of maple leaf.It i s black and shiny,sweet and fragrant ,soft and delicious.It has function of anti -bacteria and an ti -inflammation,intestines and stomach health care,regulation of the flow of vital energy and removal of obstruction toit.It provides a new method for the production of a high -value added product with soybeans.
