孤独症儿童血清中胶质细胞源性神经营养因子和S100B蛋白的水平 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)和S100B蛋白血清浓度与儿童孤独症的关系。方法依据《精神疾病诊断与统计手册——第4版(DSM-Ⅳ)》选择已明确诊断的孤独症儿童65例,并按照儿童期孤独症评定量表(CARS)标准对孤独症儿童进行病情分级;另选72例健康儿童作为对照。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测所有受试儿童血清中GDNF和S100B蛋白水平。用SPSS20.0统计软件做两组样本t检验和方差分析。结果病例组儿童血清GDNF水平显著高于对照组儿童,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而病例组儿童血清S100B蛋白水平明显高于对照组儿童,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。按病情分级后,轻度孤独症儿童血清GDNF水平与对照组儿童相比显著升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),随着病情加重GDNF水平呈下降趋势,重度孤独症儿童与对照组儿童相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05),轻、重度孤独症儿童之间的GDNF水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。轻、重度孤独症儿童血清S100B蛋白水平与对照组儿童相比均有升高趋势,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),轻、重度孤独症儿童之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。无论是对照组还是病例组均未发现GDNF和S100B蛋白水平存在性别差异(P>0.05)。结论孤独症儿童血清GDNF水平明显升高,而S100B蛋白水平有升高趋势,推测两者在孤独症的发病过程中均可能具有重要作用。 Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the serum glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF) and SIOOB protein levels of children with autistic and evaluate the relationship between GDNF and SIOOB protein levels of autistic.Method According to " Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition(DSM-IV) " and "The Children Autism Rating Scale(CARS)",65 children were diagnosed as autistic cases and were graded for the illness severity.72 healthy children were enrolled as controls.Levels of cytokines in serum were quantified by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent.With a SPSS20.0 statistical software,two groups samples T test and ANOVA was used to analyses the statistical significant.Result Serum GDNF levels of the children with autistic were higher than that of the control children with(P〉0.05).According to the illness after grading,The serum GDNF levels in the mild autistic children was significantly higher than that in controls children(P〉0.05),but,the GDNF levels in the severe autistic children was not statistically different when compared with the children in their control group(P〉0.05).There also was no difference between the mild autistic children and severe autistic children for the GDNF levels(P〉0.05).Both of the mild and the severe autistic of the S100 B protein levels were higher than that in control.there was not statistically difference between the mild and severe autistic children(P〉0.05).There also was no difference between the mild and severe autistic children for the S100 B protein levels(P〉0.05).In addition,The GDNF and S100 B protein had no significant gender difference in control and autistic group(P〉0.05).Conclusion The serum GDNF level in children with autistic was significantly higher than that in control,S100 B protein levels were elevated,speculation that both may play an important role in the pathogenesis of autistic.
