2010～2012年天津市恶性肿瘤发病分析

[目的]分析2010~2012年天津市居民恶性肿瘤发病情况。[方法]对2010~2012年天津市户籍居民的肿瘤监测资料进行分析,计算粗发病率、标化发病率、构成比、中国人口标化率、世界人口标化率、累积率(0~74岁)及截缩率(35~64岁)。采用Joinpoint回归分析年龄别发病率的变化趋势。[结果]2010~2012年天津市恶性肿瘤发病率为275.06/10万(男性279.43/10万,女性270.66/10万),中标率为165.87/10万,世标率为160.67/10万,累积率(0~74岁)为18.32%,截缩率(35~64岁)为257.43/10万。城市地区发病率为341.23/10万(男性350.20/10万,女性332.17/10万),中标率为181.62/10万;农村地区发病率为206.23/10万(男性205.84/10万,女性206.63/10万),中标率为145.34/10万。天津市恶性肿瘤发病率前5位依次为肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌和胃癌。2010~2012年期间,天津市恶性肿瘤发病率呈平稳上升趋势。[结论 ]肺癌、乳腺癌和消化系统肿瘤对天津市居民的健康造成严重威胁。天津市应继续完善肿瘤监测系统,推进癌症综合防治网络的建设,为遏制癌症增长、降低癌症疾病负担奠定基础。

[Purpose] To analyze the cancer incidence in Tianjin from 2010 to 2012. [Methods]The incidence data in Tianjin from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed. The crude incidence,age-standardized rate（ASR）,cumulative rate（0-74 years old） and truncated rate（35-64 years old） were calculated. Trends of ASR were estimated by using the Joinpoint regression program. [Results] From2010 to 2012,the crude incidence in Tianjin was 275.06/10-5（male 279.43/10-5,female 270.66/10-5）.ASR by Chinese standard population（ASR China） and by world population was 165.87/10-5and160.67/10-5,respectively. The cumulative and truncated rates were 18.32% and 257.43/10-5,respectively. In urban,the cancer incidence was 341.23/10-5（male 350.20/10-5,female 332.17/10-5）,and ASR China incidence was 181.62/10-5. In rural areas,the incidence was 206.23/10-5（male 205.84/10-5,female 206.63/10-5）,and ASR China incidence was 145.34/10-5. Cancers of lung,breast,liver,colon and rectum,stomach were the most common cancers. The trend of cancer incidence in Tianjin increased stably from 2010 to 2012. [Conclusion] Cancers of lung,breast and digestive system are the major healthy threats in Tianjin. In order to contain the increased burden of cancer,the registration system of malignant tumor should be improved and perfected persistently,and comprehensive efforts of cancer prevention and control should be also performed in Tianjin.
