血清瘦素与胰岛素生长因子Ⅱ在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

Expressions of serum leptin and insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ in endometrial cancer and the significance

目的探讨血清瘦素(Leptin)与胰岛素生长因子Ⅱ(IGFⅡ)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月入住该院的子宫内膜癌患者30例为研究组,另外选择同期入住该院的良性子宫内膜肿瘤患者30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELSIA)对两组血清Leptin与IGFⅡ进行测定分析。比较两组血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平,Leptin及IGFⅡ与淋巴结转移的关系,两组绝经前后血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平对比,Leptin及IGFⅡ在子宫内膜癌患者中的表达情况。结果研究组血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组淋巴结转移组阳性患者Leptin及IGFⅡ水平均显著高于阴性患者(P<0.05);绝经前两组患者血清Leptin水平、绝经后两组IGFⅡ水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而绝经后两组患者血清Leptin水平、绝经前两组IGFⅡ水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者子宫内膜病理分期越高,血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平也随之显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 Leptin及IGFⅡ在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中可能具有协同作用,然而两者间的确切作用机制仍需进一步研究。

Objective To explore the expressions and significance of serum leptin and insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ（IGFⅡ） in endometrial cancer.Methods Thirty patients with endometrial cancer were selected from the hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 as study group,30 benign endometrial tumor patients during the same period were selected as control group.ELSIA was used to measure the levels of serum leptin and IGFⅡ in the two groups.The levels of serum leptin and IGFⅡ in the two groups were compared,the relationships with lymph node metastasis were analyzed,the levels of serum leptin and IGFⅡ before and after menopause were compared,the expression levels of leptin and IGFⅡ in endometrial cancer patients were detected.Results The levels of serum leptin and IGFⅡ in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）;in study group,the levels of serum leptin and IGFⅡ in patients with lymph node metastasis were statistically significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）;there was no statistically significant difference in the level of serum leptin before menopause and the level of IGF Ⅱ after menopause between the two groups（P 〉0.05）;there were statistically significant differences in the level of serum leptin after menopause and the level of IGFⅡ before menopause between the two groups（P〈0.05）;the levels of serum leptin and IGFⅡ increased significantly with the increase of pathological stages in study group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Leptin and IGFⅡ may have a synergistic effect on oncogenesis and development of endometrial cancer,but the exact mechanism still need further study.
