补肾固冲调经系列方治疗脾肾两虚型无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血近期和远期疗效及对凝血功能安全性的观察

Observation of the short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect of Bushen Guchong Tiaojing Serial Recipes in treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to asthenia of both spleen and kidney and the safety of coagulation functio

目的观察补肾固冲调经系列方与妈富隆治疗120例脾肾两虚型无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血(功血)患者的近期和远期止血调经疗效及凝血功能的影响。方法对石家庄市3所医院收治的120例脾肾两虚型无排卵性功血患者分为西药组和中药组,每组各60例患者。西药组患者使用妈富隆进行治疗,中药组患者使用中药补肾固冲调经系列方进行治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗3个月(近期)和停药3个月(远期)的止血调经疗效及凝血4项水平的变化。结果两组患者治疗第3个月时(近期)在止血调经方面总有效率无统计学差异(U=0.16,P>0.05),停药3个月时(远期)中药补肾固冲调经系列方组在止血调经方面总有效率效果明显优于西药组,差异均显著(U=2.00,P<0.05);两组治疗前后凝血4项指标无统计学变化。结论中药补肾固冲调经系列方治疗脾肾两虚型无排卵性功血近期和远期效果确切稳定,且远期效果显著优于妈富隆,对凝血功能无不良影响,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect of Bushen Guchong Tiaojing Serial Recipes and Marvelon in treatment of 120 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to asthenia of both spleen and kidney and the effect on coagulation function. Methods A total of 120 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to asthenia of both spleen and kidney treated in three hospitals in Shijiazhuang city were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM group）,60 patients in each group. The patients in western medicine group were treated by Marvelon,and the patients in TCM group were treated by Bushen Guchong Tiaojing Serial Recipes,the short-term effects（ three months after treatment） and long-term effects（ three months after drug withdrawal） and the changes of four coagulation indexes in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in short-term effect between the two groups（ U = 0. 16,P〉0. 05）,the total long-term effective rate in TCM group was statistically significantly better than that in western medicine group（ U = 2. 00,P〈0. 05）; there was no statistically significant difference in four coagulation indexes in the two groups between before and after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The short-term effect and long-term effect of Bushen Guchong Tiaojing Serial Recipes in treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to asthenia of both spleen and kidney are good,and the long-term effect is superior to Marvelon,which has no adverse impact on coagulation function,the drug is safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
