黄龙苏葶散治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)疗效观察

Treating Children's Asthmatic Bronchitis with Phlegm and Heat Syndrome in the Lung by Huanglong Suting Particles

目的:探讨黄龙苏葶散治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的喘息性支气管炎患儿80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。两组采用相同的基础治疗,即给予布地奈徳联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入,每日2次,每次10~15 min,对照组口服盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液,治疗组口服黄龙苏葶散,连续治疗1周。观察治疗前后两组患儿临床症状改善情况、体征变化情况,统计有效率并评估治疗风险。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率85.0%,治疗组的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:黄龙苏葶散治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)疗效满意,具有见效快,治疗病程短,无明显不良反应的特点。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect of Huanglong Suting particles in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods：80 children with asthma were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group. Two groups received the same basic treatment with Pulmicort combined with Bricanyl. The experimental group was treated by Huanglong Suting particles, and the control group was treated by Procaterol Hydrochloride, with 2 times a day, 10 - 15 min every time. Continuous treatment was for one week, and observe the clinical symptoms before and after treatment, signs, changes of statistically efficient treatment and assess the risk in two groups. Results：The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there was a statistical significance between two groups. Conclusion：Huanglong Suting particles in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis （phlegm and heat in the lung）has a quick effect,with a short treatment course and no obviously adverse reactions.
