叶酸片联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变疗效观察

Observation of Folic Acid Tablets Combined with Weifuchun Tablets in Treating Precancerous Lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察叶酸片联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:纳入86例慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组给予叶酸片治疗,观察组以叶酸片联合胃复春片治疗。2组疗程均为24周。比较2组的临床疗效,观察血清胃泌素、胃动素水平与萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生积分的变化,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率88.37%,高于对照组的62.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清胃泌素、胃动素水平均较治疗前增加(P<0.05);观察组血清胃泌素、胃动素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);观察组萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药期间2组患者均未见严重药物不良反应。结论:叶酸片联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者疗效显著,可增加患者的血清胃泌素、胃动素,且安全可靠。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of folic acid tablets combined with Weifuchun tablets in treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： Selected 86 patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis, and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly, according to the random number table method. The control group was given the therapy of folic acid, and the observation group was given the therapy of folic acid tablets combined with Weifuchun tablets. Treatment course lasted for twenty-four weeks. Compared the clinical effect of the two groups, observed changes of level of serum gastrin and motilin, integration of atrophic,intestinal and metaplasia, and occurrence of adverse reaction. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was88. 37 %, being higher than the 62. 79 % of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, levels of serum gastrin and motilin of the two groups were increased（P 〈 0. 05 compared with those before treatment）, levels of serum gastrin and motilin of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Integration of atrophic, intestinal and metaplasia of the two groups were decreased（P 〈 0. 05 compared with those before treatment）, integration of atrophic,intestinal and metaplasia of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. During medication, no adverse reaction caused by drug was found in the two groups. Conclusion ： Folic acid tablets combined with Weifuchun tablets has significant curative effect, can improve serum gastrin and motilin in patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis, which is safe and reliable.
