高渗三黄液组方联合常规西药治疗难治性溃疡临床观察

Observation of Hypertonic Sanhuang Liquid Composing Prescription Combined with Routine Western Medicine in Treating Refractoriness Anabrosis

目的:观察高渗三黄液组方联合常规医药治疗难治性溃疡的疗效。方法:将219例难治性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组113例以及对照组106例。治疗组行高渗三黄液联合凡士林药敷治疗,对照组单行凡士林药敷治疗。给药后随访,观察临床疗效及不良事件。结果:治疗1周后,2组的总有效率分别为90.27%、78.30%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,2组的总有效率分别为97.35%、85.85%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疼痛评分以及肉芽生长情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为2.65%,对照组为9.43%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高渗三黄液组方联合常规医药治疗难治性溃疡简单且高效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of hypertonic Sanhuang liquid composing prescription combined with routine medicine in treating refractoriness anabrosis. Methods： Selected 219 patients with refractoriness anabrosis, and divided them into the treatment group of 113 cases, and the control group of 106 cases randomly. The treatment group was treated with hypertonic Sanhuang liquid and external application of Vaseline, and the control group was given single external application of Vaseline. Follow-up after medication,observe clinical curative effect and adverse events. Results：After one week of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 90.27% and 78.30% respectively,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 97.35% and 85.85% respectively,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,compared pain scores and growth condition of granulation in the two groups,the difference were significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.65% in the treatment group,and was 9.43% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The combination usage of hypertonic Sanhuang liquid composing prescription and routine medicine for refractoriness anabrosis is effective and simple.
