摘要
本文采用轴承理论关于额定静载荷的定义,推导了直线滚动导轨分别以滚动体与滚道接触处的最大接触应力小于或等于许用接触应力为许用判据;以及应用Palmgren计算公式和Harris修正方程,以接触应力最大处滚动体和滚道的总塑性变形量小于或等于滚动体直径的万分之一为许用判据的额定静载荷计算公式.同时说明安顿极限(shake-down limit)也可能作为计算直线滚动导轨额定静载荷的许用判据.
Formulae for the calculation of the rated static load of linear rolling guides are derived based on the following permissible criteria; (a) The maximum contact stress at the contact between the Largest loaded rolling element and the groove is smaller than or equal to the permissible value; (b) The total plastic (permanent) deformation where the contact stress between the Largest Loaded rolling element and the groove is maximum is less than or equal to 0.0001 the diameter of the rolling element. The deformation is calculated by Palmgren's formula and the Harris' modified formula. It is shown that the shake-down limit can be used also as a permissible criterion for the rated static load of the linear rolling guide.
