摘要
糖尿病是以高血糖为特征的一种慢性代谢疾病,持续高血糖和代谢紊乱会损害全身组织器官的功能。随着对糖尿病的进一步研究,发现了一些新作用靶点,如胰二肽基肽酶-4、高血糖素样肽-1受体、G蛋白偶联受体119、11β-羟基固醇脱氢酶1、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶、钠-葡萄糖同向转运体-2抑制剂等。本文总结糖尿病治疗的各个靶点的机制和研究进展,对新型抗糖尿病药物进行综述。
Diabetes mellitus, a chronic metabolic disease is characterized by high blood glucose, and sustained hyperglycemia and metabolic disorder, which can damage body tissues and organs function. With further research on diabetes, a lot of new targets, such as pancreatic enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase-4, glucagon-like peptide -1 receptor, G protein coupled receptor body 119, 11β- hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase 1, AMP-activated protein kinase, sodium-glucose symporter-2 inhibitors have been found. We summarized the mechanism of new anti-diabetic drugs in this paper.
