摘要 目的为临床药师参与多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌抗感染治疗提供依据。方法临床药师根据患者的基本情况、细菌耐药的特点、抗感染药物作用特点,协助临床医师制定抗感染治疗方案,并对该病例进行疗效和不良反应的观察。结果患者的感染症状得到有效的控制,治疗过程中未发生明显的药物不良反应。结论临床药师特别关注老年人用药,为患者制定合理的治疗方案,保证药物治疗安全、经济、有效和合理。 Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists participating in the treatment of multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. Methods According to the basic condition of the patient, antibiotic resistance situation and the characteristics of anti-infection drugs, pharmacists assisted clinicians in developing antiinfection treatment, and monitoring the curative effect and adverse reactions. Results The infection was effectively controlled, and no obvious drug adverse reaction was observed during the therapy. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists pay special attention to the elderly medication use, and come up with rational treatment regimen for patients to ensure the safety, economy, and rationality of drug usage.
