不同时间口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散对结肠镜检查前肠道准备的影响

Effect of oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder taken at different time on the bowel preparation

目的比较在不同时间口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散对患者肠道准备的影响。方法选取在本院内镜室接受结肠镜检查的患者264例,随机分为A组和B组。A组在检查前一晚21点服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散1盒(1000 m L),检查当日早晨5点服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散1盒(1000 m L)进行肠道准备,B组在检查当日早晨5点服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散2盒(2000 m L)进行肠道准备。比较2组患者的肠道准备质量和患者的耐受性、依从性。结果 A组比B组有更好的肠道清洁度(BBPS评分7.37±1.31vs 6.85±1.19,P<0.01),2种肠道准备方法在患者的耐受性及依从性方面差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用检查前一晚及检查当日早晨分次口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散的方法肠道准备质量更好,而且不会影响患者的耐受性和依从性。

Objective To compare the effect of oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder taken at different time on the bowel preparation. Methods A total of 264 colonoscopy patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A took 1 box （1000 mL） of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at 21：00 the day before the check and another box at 5：00 AM on the day of the check; while patients in group B took 2 boxes （2000 mL） of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at 5：00 AM on the day of the check. The intestinal cleanliness, subjective tolerance and acceptability of patients were compared between the 2 groups. Results Group A showed better than group B in intestinal cleanliness （boston bowel preparation scale 7.37 ± 1.31 vs 6.85 ±1.19, P 〈 0.01）, while there was no statistical difference in the 2 groups in terms of subjective tolerance and acceptability of patients. Conclusion Taking compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder the night before the check and on the morning of the check day has a better effect on the bowel preparation, which doesn＇t affect patients＇ tolerance and acceptance.
