“中国创造”背景下的中小企业技术创新管理

21世纪以来,中国逐渐发展成为世界上第二大经济体。随着中国在全球经济地位的提高,自主创新越来越受到各方面的重视,从而逐渐形成了"中国创造"的大环境。在这样的背景下,中小企业如何进行技术创新管理也引起了许多学者的重视。本文以"中国创造"为大背景,通过研究技术创新管理轮式模型,建立中小企业技术创新管理机制,旨在为中小企业实施技术创新管理提供可行的对策和建议。

Since the 21st century, China has become the world＇s third largest economy. With China＇s improvement of the global economic status, the government pays more and more attention to technological innovation, and thus, China has gradually formed a ＂Made by China＂ environment. In this situation, how to take technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） has attracted a lot of attention. The essay took the ＂Made by China＂ environment as the background, and established an SME technological innovation management system based on the technological innovation management wheel model as to bring forward some countermeasures and suggestions for implementing the technological innovation management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
