欠发达地区生产性服务业发展的影响因素研究——以江西省为例

通过对欠发达地区生产性服务业发展状况及特点进行分析,选择可能对江西省生产性服务业有影响的多个因素,构建理论模型,采用近10年来的统计年鉴数据,运用回归分析方法进行实证分析,结果显示:政府的宏观调控对生产性服务业整体的发展存在显著的正相关关系;从细分行业的角度来看,不同因素对不同细分行业的影响程度存在差异。但是,在所有因素中,市场机制因素对江西省生产性服务业所有行业发展的影响都成正相关关系。最后,提出了促进生产性服务业产业聚集、建设生产性服务业产业载体、放宽生产性服务业市场准入、谋求生产性服务业与制造业联动发展、突出江西省生产性服务业特色和重点的政策建议。

Based on the analysis of the development and characteristics of productive service in less developed area, the authors select several potential factors concerning the productive service industry in Jiangxi Province to construct one theoretical mode. With the reference to the past decade＇s Statistical Yearbook data and econometric regression method, this paper makes an empirical analysis, which shows the following results： micro-control by the government has a significantly positive correlation with the development of productive service industry; from the point of view of the industry segments, different factors have different influences on different industries, but among all the factors, the market mechanism has a positive correlation with all the industries in Jiangxi province. As a result, this paper makes some policy recommendations, that is, promoting the industrial agglomeration of producer services, constructing the industry carrier of producer services, loosing the market access control of producer services, seeking for the linkage between producer service industry and manufacturing industry, and highlighting the characteristics and key points of producer service industry in Jiangxi Province.
