摘要
研究了传统湿整饰工段中铬鞣革电荷状态的变化规律。合成了一种两性聚氨酯复鞣剂(ZPU),并将其用于铬鞣革的湿整饰工段,以期促进阴离子型湿整饰材料的吸收。结果表明,铬鞣革与阴离子型湿整饰材料的结合使皮革等电点(pI)大幅降低,并使皮革的电荷状态由正电性转变为负电性,阻碍了湿整饰材料的进一步吸收/结合。将ZPU用于铬鞣革复鞣工序可提高皮革的Zeta电位和pI,减弱皮革的负电性,提高了皮革对阴离子湿整饰材料的吸收率。
The variationof charge state of chrome tanned leather during traditional post tanning processes was investigated. Then anamphotefie polyurethane retanning agentwas synthesized and used inpost tanningprocesses in order to enhance the absorption of anionic post tanning chemicals.The results indicated that the isoelectric point (pI) of chrome tanned leather decreased dramatically due to the binding of anionic post tanning chemicals to leather.The positiveeharged leather was converted into negative charged one, whiehinhihitedthe absorption and combination of subsequent anionicchemicals toleather.The pI and Zeta potential of chrome tanned leather wereincreased by using the amphoteric polyurethane retanning agent, along with the negative charge reduction of leather, so as to promote the absorption rate of anionic post tanning chemiealsto leather.
