摘要
房地产在经济发展和地方财政中具有重要的依赖作用,然而这种依赖性不可持续。我国经济在发展过程中依然存在结构性矛盾,其一方面产生"经济结构转型"的必要,另一方面引起"房价涨"现象的发生,而"房价涨"不利于当前我国的"经济结构转型"。房地产市场的平稳发展契合于经济新常态的要求,有助于我国的经济结构转型升级。当前,应加快长效机制建设,竭力做好房地产市场的平稳健康发展。
Real estate plays an important role in economic development and local finance, but this dependency is not sustainable. Structural contradictions still exist in the development process of China's economic, on the one hand produce the necessary of "economic restructuring", and on the other hand cause the phenomenon of "housing prices rising". However, "housing prices rising" is not conducive to China's "economic restructuring". Steady and healthy development of the real estate industry fits in the new normal economic requirement and is contributed to China's economic restructuring. At present, we should accelerate the construction of long-term mechanism and promote the steady and healthy development of the real estate market.
