随着国民经济持续发展和居民收入水平不断提高,以及经济全球化背景下境外消费方式、消费理念和消费产品及服务的影响日益增强,中国居民消费结构升级加快。但产品和服务的品种、品质和品牌尚不能很好满足居民日益升级的消费需求。建议从增加优质农产品、增加制造业有效供给和丰富服务业供给等方面增加产品和服务种类;从制定先进标准、弘扬工匠精神、加强消费维权等方面提升产品和服务品质;从打造中国质造和中国智造总品牌,铸造世界级高端奢侈、中国特色大品牌,塑造大众喜爱的安全放心、舒适安心好品牌等方面创新产品和服务品牌,通过增品种、提品质、创品牌,促进居民消费结构升级。

With the sustainable development for national economy and increasing growth on residents＇ income, as well as increasing influence of foreign consumption, consumption idea and consumer products and services under the economic globalization background, the Chinese residents＇ consumption structure upgrade quickly. However, a variety of products and services with their quality and brand not well meeting the residents＇ growing consumption demands, as a result, it is suggested that the solution is to increase high quality agricultural products, to increase the effective supply and to rich manufacturing services supply and other additional categories of products and services quality of products and services will be improved by setting a series of advanced standard, carrying forward the spirit, and strengthening consumer rights protection; popular safe comfortable brand with innovative products and services will be shaped by building out of Chinese quality and Chinese wisdom for total brand, casting a world-class high-end luxury and big brands with Chinese characteristics. The residents＇ consumption structure escalation will be promoted through increasing the variety of and the quality of products and brand fame.
