Pay attention to the reproductive health of advanced age women

摘要 分娩时年龄超过35岁的女性即被定义为高龄产妇,因超过该年龄段的女性其妊娠及分娩的产科并发症将明显增加。然而针对尚未妊娠的妇女,对于高龄的定义目前国际上并无统一标准。大部分研究沿用35岁以上作为判断标准,但也有不少生殖临床研究提出采用38岁甚至40岁作为划分标准[1]。既往由于我国文化及国情的缘故,
