摘要
随着现代科学技术的快速发展,燃煤粉工业锅炉在进行设计和生产的过程中,也不断的进行了优化处理,应用过程的节能效果、应用效率也得到了有效的提升。与此同时,在进行燃煤粉工业锅炉的节能优化设计的过程中,离不开对于燃煤粉工业锅炉运行原理的分析研究,也离不开对于燃煤粉工业锅炉数学模型的建立。针对这样的情况,在本文中,主要结合了燃煤粉工业锅炉的基本特点,并在进行燃煤粉工业锅炉工艺的优化设计研究过程汇总,充分的结合了燃煤粉工业锅炉应用特征,进而综合性的介绍了建立优化燃煤粉工业锅炉应用模型的方式方法,为燃煤粉工业锅炉的节能减排提供相应的参考建议。
With the technology development,during the designing and manufacturing process,coal fired industrial boiler is optimized continually,so energy-saving effect and application efficiency are improved effectively.At the same time,optimization needs both analysis and research on operation principle of coal fired industrial boiler and mathematic model establishment.For this condition,this article introduces the methods of establishing optimized boiler application model combined with coal fired industrial boiler basic characteristic and application feature,which provides a reference comment to energy saving and emission reduction of coal fired industrial boiler.
