摘要 哈锅首台自主开发超临界锅炉喷口管屏结构与常规垂直布置锅炉喷口管屏结构截然不同。由于本体中部和下部水冷壁为螺旋管圈形式,所以其喷口管屏结构相当复杂、尺寸链关系也相当繁多。喷口管屏由上百支管子组成,管子弯头最多28个且均为空间夹角,从设计和制造角度讲难度很大。 The supercritical boiler nozzle tube platen structure which is first independently developed by HBC is totally different from normal vertical arranged boiler nozzle tube platen structure.As middle and bottom water walls of the boiler proper adopt spiral-wound method,the nozzle tube platen structure is rather complicated and the dimension chain relations are diverse.Nozzle tube panels are made by hundreds of tubes with maximum 28 bends,which are most spatial angles,thus,it brings difficulties from the point of design and manufacture.
