摘要
建筑产品质量作为传统建筑施工的三大目标之一,影响着整个建筑最终的成败,而装配式施工方式作为建筑产业现代化发展的主要形式,其质量控制同样是建筑生产施工最重要的环节之一。从施工单位的角度出发,研究装配式施工方式的自身质量控制体系,从人员、技术、制度以及管理等方面提出保证建筑产业现代化施工的质量的建议,为施工单位自身实现装配式施工质量控制提供借鉴和参考。
As one of the three goals of traditional construction,building quality is the ultimate goal of the whole building.The assembly construction is the main form of the modernization of construction industry, and its quality is also one of the most important aspects for construction production. This paper firstly from the perspective of the construction unitstudies the quality control system of the assembly construction system,and from the aspects of personnel,technologies,systems and managementproposes some suggestions for the construction industry to ensure the quality of modern construction for reference.
