摘要
采用丙烯酸树脂、改性环氧丙烯酸树脂、活性稀释剂、光引发剂、混合溶剂及各种助剂制备了一种金属拉链用紫外光固化涂料。研究了两种树脂用量对紫外光固化涂膜硬度、附着力、柔韧性、耐冲击性、拉伸性能、耐刮擦性、耐化学腐蚀性等的影响,最终确定了涂料配方。
A UV curing coatings for metal zipper was prepared by acrylic resin, modified epoxy acrylic resin, active diluent, light initiator, mixed solvent and various additives. The effects of amount of the two kinds of resin on thehardness, adhesion, flexibility, impact resistance, tensile property, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, etc. of UV curing coating were studied. Finally, the formulation of the coatings was determined.
