阐述了低VOC双组分环氧底漆的基本配方及其制备工艺,并列举了所得底漆性能指标的测试结果,符合HG/T 4566—2013标准要求,讨论了环氧树脂、固化剂、环氧活性稀释剂、颜填料、防沉剂和分散剂的选用。
The basic formulation and preparation technology of two components epoxy primer with low VOC was expounded, and the performance index test results of the primer were also listed, which met requirement of HG/T 4566-2013. The choice of epoxy resin, curing agent, epoxy reactive diluent, pigment, filler, anti-setting agent and dispersant for primer were discussed.
