地方开放大学的困境与出路——以江苏地区为例

Predicament and outlet of municipal-level open universities— Taking Jiangsu Province as an example

江苏省域内的地方开放大学在挂牌易名之后,仍旧面临着发展基础不一、起步时机不同、系统协调发展、优化办学体系、外部环境影响等诸多问题。各家地方开放大学可以从稳定学历补偿教育、申报特色办学专业、大力发展继续教育、深入探索社区教育四个方面着手,勇于实践,走出一条具备当地特色的地方开放大学发展之路。

Municipal-level open universities in Jiangsu Province are still facing many problems since being named such as great gaps in development foundation and starting time ; lack of systematically coordinated development and optimization of the running system; impacts of the external environments. Each municipal-level open university can be constructed and developed from four aspects ： stabilizing education of academic qualifications, strengthening con- struction of feature specialty, developing adult further-education, exploring the community education. They should have courage to practise and explore ways for the development of municipal-level open university with local charac- teristics.
