基于校企合作的企业知识产权人才培养模式研究——以镇江市科技型中小企业为例

Research on the talent cultivation model for the enterprises intellectual property based on school-enterprise cooperation— Taking small and medium sized enterprises in Zhenjiang as an example

基于校企合作,立足镇江市科技型中小企业,着重研究适合科技型中小企业知识产权人才培养的模式。同时围绕科技型中小企业知识产权需求,剖析了企业知识产权人才在企业发展过程中的地位和作用。

Based on the cooperation between colleges and enlerorises as well as small and mediun-sized enterprises in Zhenjiang, this paper studies talent cultivation mode suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise intellectual property. Focusing on the needs of small and mediun-sized enterprise intellectual property rights at the same time, this paper analyzes the position and role of the enterprise-intellectual-property talents in in the process of enterprise development.
