Research on the object system of the evaluation after local legislation— Taking the evaluation after local legislation by Zhenjiang People's Congress

从镇江市的立法现状出发,结合有关地方立法后评估机制的探索,围绕规范形式和评估内容两个方面,力求构建合理的立法后评估对象机制,兼顾社会公众的合法利益与评估机关的评估效率。

Based on conditions of legislation of Zhenjiang and compared with the exploration concerning the evalua- tion from other areas, this thesis aimed at building a reasonable system of evaluation after legislation in aspects of both form and content, realizing a balance between individuals＇ benefit and the efficiency of the government agencies.
