摘要
我国地方高校数量巨大,毕业生就业形势相对严峻,如果继续单纯从社会需求方解决学生就业问题难度仍然较大。面对"新常态"的大背景,国家正积极引导部分地方本科高校转型发展,在此需从人才培养供给侧改革出发,树立新的发展理念,加快学科专业结构调整优化,改革课程设置和教学内容,整合和转换教师队伍,改革评价标准和体系等,以改善人才供给类型结构,更好地实现地方本科高校与区域经济社会的良性互动发展。
At present, the large number of local colleges and universities in China results in the fierce employment competition of university graduates. It is hard to solve the problems of student employment from the aspect of social demands. Under the background of the new normal, local universities are expected and instructed to transformation on the basis of talent cultivation reform on the supply side. We should set up new developing ideals, fasten the profession adjustment and optimization, improve the curriculums and content, integrate teachers, and revise the evaluation standards and systems to improve the structure of talent supply and bring about the smooth interaction between local universities and regional economical and social development.
