摘要
2016年"中国教育法治与教育发展高峰论坛"围绕教育法治的基本理论、教育立法与执法研究、教育发展的法治视角、教育法治热点问题与司法案例、学校的依法治理等议题,对当前教育法治与教育发展中出现的理论热点、实践难题进行反思与探索,以此推动教育法治进步,促进教育事业的长足发展。
At the 2016 China summit forum on educational legislation and educational development, educational researchers and law professors discuss several hot theoretical issues and practical problems concerning current educational legislation and development. The symposium, focusing on the fundamental ideas of educational legislation, educational lawmaking and law enforcement, educational development from the viewpoint of rule of law, hot issues and judicial cases of educational legislation, and school governance by law, proved of great value in promoting the progress of educational legislation and educational development in China.
