The lack of legitimacy and the traditional personnel management system of medical institutions are the key points in the practice of the multi physician practice. Based on the background of the status of China＇s multi point practice, it ana- lyzed the problems and reasons of the management of the salary system in the multi spot medical practitioners, and provided the poli- cy recommendations for the design of the physician＇ s salary distribution system.
