研究生对基本医疗保险的认知和评价状况分析——基于江苏省五所高校的调查

Analysis on the Cognition and Evaluation of Basic Medical Insurance of Graduate Students: Based on the Survey of 5 Universities in Jiangsu Province

目的分析影响研究生参加城镇居民医疗保险的影响因素,探讨提高研究生参加医疗保险的有效途径和方法。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取江苏省5所高校750名研究生进行访谈和问卷调查,对调查结果进行logistic回归分析。结果研究生的户籍、家庭人均收入、月支出额及体检时间间隔等与研究生参加医疗保险无显著关系,性别、对医保的了解程度、报销手续和转诊程序满意度对研究生参保率有影响,近一年就诊花费、年保费承担额对参保率影响比较显著。结论研究生对基本医疗保险的认识度和满意度普遍较低,需要政府和学校共同努力,加大宣传力度,简化报销和转诊程序,提高研究生对基本医疗保险的认知和满意度。

OBJECTIVE To analyze influencing factors to participate in graduate medical insurance for urban residents, and explore ways to improve the motivation and effective way of participating in postgraduate medical insurance. METHODS Using cluster sam- pling method to select 5 750 graduate students in 5 universities in Jiangsu Province conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews. Logistic regression model to analyze the result of the survey. RESULTS Influencing factors family seat, per capita household income, monthly expenses, such as for graduate students to participate in physical spacing of basic medical insurance for urban residents was not obvious, sex , graduate level of understanding of the health insurance policy, the satisfaction of applying procedure for reimburse- ment and transfer treatment impact insurance rates had no obvions significance on tgraduates＇ participation rate. The total cost of treatment for nearly a year, bear annual premium amount were more significant for the rate of participating in the medical insurance for urban residents. CONCLUSION Graduate＇ s level of understanding of the health insurance policy and the satisfaction were general- ly low. So it required the joint participation of government and schools to strengthen advocacy efforts, streamline reimbursement pro- cess and referral procedures,increasing graduate＇ s level of understanding of the health insurance policy and the satisfaction.
