开放大学教师科研水平的现状分析与困境突破

Analysis on Current Situation of Scientific Research Level for Open University and Breakthrough of the Predicament

广播电视大学在向开放大学转变的过程中,对专业教师的科研水平提出了新的要求,我们在充分利用高等院校资源优势的同时,更要挖掘自身潜力,提高自身科研水平。本文以2014年(只所以选择2014而不是2015年,是因为,在知网上,部分省级开放大学论文尚无法查到)中国知网(CNKI)所录的国家开放大学(或广播电视大学)学术论文为依据,分析我国目前电大的科研现状,并根据实际情况,有针对性地提出具体建议,以期为我国开放大学科研水平的提高提供一种思路。

In the transformation from Radio and Television University to Open University, it makes new request for the professional teachers to improve the scientific research level. As well as making full use of the advantages of resources in Universities,teachers would explore their potential and improve the level of scientific research. The thesis makes an analysis on current research situation of Radio and Television University in China based on academic papers cited by CNKI in 2014. According to the actual situation, it puts forward some concrete suggestions and provides new ideas in order to improve the level of scientific research in our country.
