随着飞速发展的计算机技术在各领域的广泛应用,高校毕业生熟练掌握办公自动化技能成为一项首要问题。本文以吉林师范大学毕业生办公自动化技能现状为例,对高校毕业生办公自动化技能培养方式进行了系统地分析,并提出了相应的培养策略。

With the wide application of the rapidly developing computer technology in all areas, it has become a top priority that college graduates master office automation skills. This article takes office automation skills of Jilin Normal University graduates for example, systematically analyzes the cultivating ways of college graduates on office automation skills. The corresponding cultivation strategies were put forward.
