高校商务英语专业学生跨文化交际能力调查研究——以江西经济管理干部学院为例

An Investigation on Business English Majors' Intercultural Communicative Competence

文章采用"跨文化交际能力自测量表(ICCSRS)"对学生进行问卷调查及访谈,调查研究了本院商务英语专业大一学生跨文化交际能力现状。研究结果表明,学生的跨文化交际能力较低。其语言能力、语篇能力、跨文化知识熟悉度以及跨文化交际能力的重视度等等因素影响着他们的跨文化交际能力提高。

This study investigates the intercultural communicative competence of freshmen majoring in Business English by using the Intercultural Communicative Competence Self-Report Scale（ICCSRS） and interview. The results show that their intercultural communicative competence is relatively low. And the students＇ linguistic competence, discourse competence, familiarity of intercultural knowledge and the degree of attention to intercultural communicative competence, etc. affect the development of their intercultural communicative competence.
