摘要 中小型液化天然气(LNG)储罐应用广泛,结构形式多样。采用ANSYS软件对LNG卧式低温储罐进行了数值模拟,重点研究了轴向拉筋和径向拉筋作为内外容器支撑结构的合理性。结果表明,在设置足够径向拉筋的前提下,轴向拉筋的存在反而会导致局部应力增大,甚至不能满足强度要求。此外,轴向拉筋的存在也会增加导热路径,不利于低温储罐的保冷。 Small and Medium-sized liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks are widely used with vari- ous structures. In this study, the finite element simulation of the cryogenic LNG horizontal storage tank was conducted with ANSYS software, focusing on the rationality of the structures of axial and radial connecting strips between outer and inner vessels. Result indicates that with enough radial strips, the axial connecting stripsare not necessary because they couldinducelarge local stresses and even lead to the failure of con- formingto the strength requirement of the tank. In addition, the axial connecting stripswill cause more heat conductivity between outer and inner vessels, increasing the evaporation of the liquefied medium stored in the tank.
