摘要
研究核安全级设备应力分布特性是保障核电安全的关键。采用线弹性计算方法,以ANSYS为求解器,研究某核电站蒸汽发生器一次侧开孔接管应力分布。研究结果表明:不同静力工况下,最大应力出现位置相同,在接管与蒸汽发生器下封头相接处锐角点位置;不同瞬态工况下,最大热应力出现的位置不同;疲劳分析时,使用系数最大的点并非最大应力出现的位置。本研究对核安全相关工程具有一定的参考意义。
The research on the stress distribution of nuclear safety equipment is essential to the nuclear power plant safety. A linear elastic calculation method was used to study the stress distribution at the pri- mary side of the steam generator by using ANSYS. The results of the study show that : under different static loads, the maximum stress appear in the same position, which is at the acute angle position of the pipe and the steam generator head connected;under different transient conditions, the maximum thermal stress ap- pear in the different position ; fatigue analysis with using the maximum coefficient is not the stress posi- tion. This study has significance for nuclear safety related projects.
