摘要 反应堆压力容器是装载核燃料的裂变场所,其运行工况恶劣,需承受高温、高压和强辐射工况,且需要保证至少40年的使用寿命,因此对其质量要求很高,除正常使用外,需尽量减少由于人为因素导致的降质损害。针对某核电机组压力容器在热试后对压力容器筒体进行目视检查时发现的多处磕痕缺陷,对其产生的原因进行分析,并给出了缺陷的预防措施及处理方法,对后续反应堆压力容器的维护保养具有一定的指导意义。 Reactor pressure vessel (RPV) is the place where nuclear fuel is loaded and fissioning, and its running condition is demanding, need to bearing strong radiation, high temperature and pressure, and to have at last has 40 years' service life, so it requires high quality. In addition to normal use, it is necessary to minimize the degradation damage caused by human factors to RPV. For the many bumped defects found by visual inspection to the reactor pressure vessel inner surface after hot test in one nuclear power unit, this paper analyzed its causes and discussed the precaution and treatment method to the defects, and had some guidance significance to the follow -up reactor pressure vessel maintenance.
