渤海海峡跨海通道建设与环渤海地区国家级新区的互动响应

The Interactive Response of the Construction of Trans-Bohai Strait Passageway and National New District in Bohai Rim Region

将环渤海地区在交通建设领域和经济发展领域的两个大事件相结合,对渤海海峡跨海通道建设与三个国家级新区之间的关系进行分析解读。研究认为:二者存在互动响应关系,未来通道建设过程中,已初具规模的国家级新区可以根据自身优势为其提供不同领域的补充指导,其中青岛西海岸新区可以在通道建设中提供海洋信息技术指导,大连金普新区能够给予重工设备保障,天津滨海新区善于发挥专业人才优势。通道建成后,其反哺国家级新区的作用随之凸显:整合港群结构,深化新区依托潜在大港的竞合关系,促进产业内通外联,同时立足国家级新区,通道建设将加速中日韩自贸区发展,加快推动东北亚经济一体化发展进程。

Based on the combination of two major events in the field of traffic construction and economic development in Bohai Rim Region, this study analyzed the relationship between the construction of Trans-Bohai Strait Passageway and the three National New Districts. The study believes that there is interaction response relationship between the two. Besides, in the process of future construction of the Passageway, the National New District, which has already begun to take shape, provides the support for the future construction according to its own advantages. Among these three National New Districts, Qingdao West Coast New District provides the guidance of marine information technology during the Passageway construction, Dalian Jinpu New District offers heavy equipment protection, and Tianjin Binhai New Area gives full play to professionals. After the completion of Passageway, it will play an increasing significant role to the National New District： the integration of port group structure, deepening the competition and cooperation of New District relying on potential port, the promotion of the internal and external communication of industry. Meanwhile, based on the National New Districts, Passageway construction will accelerate development of the China Japan ROK FTA and development of Northeast Asia economic integration.
