摘要
研制了一种轻量化高频辅助变流器,该变流器主要由Buck三电平电路、LLC谐振变换器、三相逆变器以及半桥DC/DC变换器组成。阐述各组成电路的主电路结构,分析其工作机制和模态,并研究关键元器件参数的设计方法。仿真和样机试验结果表明:该辅助变流器系统性能良好,显著提高了产品的功率密度。
A novel high frequency auxiliary converter was developed, which consisted of Buck TL converter, LLC DC/DC converter, three phase inverter and half-bridge DC/DC converter. The main circuit structure of each component was described, as well as its working principle and modes, and the key parameters design method. The results of simulation and test showed that the auxiliary converter had a good performance, which increased the power density greatly.
